The Service allows you to create bills of sale for vehicles, boats, equipment, and other personal property. The free tier permits one document per month. The Pro subscription ($9/month) permits unlimited documents and additional features.
3. Not Legal Advice
The Service provides document templates for informational purposes only. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. A bill of sale generated through this Service does not constitute legal counsel. You should consult a qualified attorney for advice specific to your situation and jurisdiction.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
The Pro plan is billed monthly at $9.00 USD. A 7-day free trial is offered; you will not be charged until the trial ends. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Refunds are handled at our discretion — contact support if you believe you were charged in error.
5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for ensuring the completed document complies with your local requirements. You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, its design, and its templates are the property of AppSnap and are protected by intellectual property laws. Documents you create are yours to use.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of documents generated through the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
